To get all the benefits of your super awesome fp. system, you'll need to be able to login and use it! Please review this article to learn the steps for accessing your fp. system.
Login from the Website
Fill in the Company field (this information will be provided to you by a Function Point employee) as well as your Username and Password. Click Submit when ready.
By default, most new users will have a user name of their first name, space, last name (case sensitive) and a password of their first initial, last name (all lower case).
Forgot Your Password?
After 3 unsuccessful attempts to login, the system will require you to enter a Captcha with your 4th attempt. Enter your password, then the Captcha, then click Submit.
After 10 total unsuccessful attempts, you will be locked out for 30 minutes. Either wait 30 minutes, or click on the Forgot Password button to have a password reset emailed to you.
(Your system administrator can also reset your password. ** Note: If your administrator resets your password for you, you may still be asked to enter the Captcha when logging in.)
Login Via Your Unique URL
Once logged into your fp. system you can access a unique url made just for your Company. To access this url, hover over Admin and choose System Set Up > System Preferences. Choose the tab called Login.
